GA 20 - 4-Week Training Program
At GARAGEATHLETE, we believe in building the “Engine First”. This program is designed for those of us who are limited by time but still want a quality progression to follow.
I built this program with a 30-40 minute window over lunch break in mind, during a typical 5-day/week job. It doesn’t matter what machine or discipline you want to follow as all are provided (Row, SkiErg, BikeErg, Fan Bike, and Running).
Whether you are like me and enjoy a quality, focused workout, or if you are looking to tag a short conditioning piece on to the end of a strength or GPP session, this program is for you.
4 week training program, designed for use on:
Indoor Rowing machine
SkiErg
BikeErg
Fan Bike (Assault, Rogue Echo, Schwinn, etc.)
Track or Treadmill (ideally motorless).
5 sessions/week (Monday to Friday).
Warm-ups are on your own. Each workout should take 20 minutes (or less) to complete.
