The goal of the SUPER SPRINT training program is to:
1. Provide a simple multi-erg progression without the need for excessive training time or volume;
2. Develop specific adaptation for the Super Sprint Ergathlon;
3 training sessions per week for 8 weeks.
A mix of power endurance, speed training, and moderate aerobic/recovery work specific to the Concept2 Super Sprint Ergathlon.
The Super Sprint Program can (and should) be used in conjunction with your regular erg and/or strength & conditioning work.
